You have full control over your Bookmer subscription. There is no need to contact the support team — all actions can be taken directly within your account settings.
How to Access Subscription Management

Click the menu icon in the top-right corner of the interface.

Select “Subscription” from the dropdown.

You will be redirected to the Stripe billing portal, where you can:

Pause your subscription

Resume a paused subscription

Cancel your subscription

Update your payment information

Subscription changes must be made at least one day before the next billing cycle.

You can cancel at any time before your next monthly or yearly payment is processed.

The system does not enforce cancellation periods or lock-ins — you are always in control.

All billing and payment operations are securely handled through Stripe.
Changes take effect immediately. If you cancel or pause a plan, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise specified.
